The team’s Principals and Management Staff were responsible for preconstruction and construction services for the expansion and renovation of the Dr. Horacio E. Oduber Hospital in Aruba.

Phase I involved the construction of a new bed tower and laboratory, medical office building, power plant, and warehouse.

Phase II consists of the renovation of the existing hospital building.
