This campus is designed to promote the general health of the community. The buildings are designed to promote collaboration between primary care physicians and specialists and are planned for flexibility and future expansion.

The initial phase of development consists of a 100-bed hospital inclusive of an Emergency Department totaling 223,000 gross square feet and a 875 car Support Building which includes the central utility plant, vehicular

In addition, an independent 60,000 square foot Ambulatory Care Clinic will support the new hospital just to the south.

The buildings are designed and constructed to achieve LEED Silver designation, and the 8-acre retention area on the site will be maintained and enhanced in a future phase.
