A seasoned Project Director, Kwabena currently leads the civil and structural engineering team in the delivery of the 200unit Ayi Mensah Park development using new technologies to bring quality and speed to the build.
Kwabena has over 24 years experience working in various lead project roles in Ghana, He is currently the project engineer on the Pokuase interchange project bringing a lot of innovation in retaining wall structures to reduce cost whilst increasing the speed of construction. He was also the lead engineer at Regimanuel Gray Limited introducing the use of WTF formwork systems for their Klagon project.
He is always keen to innovate and test out new ways of delivering projects on time and to budget . Kwabena has excellent people skills and a proven ability to navigate and get collaboration and buy-in from key stakeholders from government, municipal assemblies and his customers. He is skilled in structural engineering and the efficient use of concrete as structural elements.
Mr.Bempong holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from KNUST and a MSc in road engineering from the International Institute for Infrastructural and Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering Delft, The Netherlands. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Engineers
Michael is a highly accomplished and driven senior leader with expertise steering world class Healthcare Organizations facilities and construction management operations. Focus on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase profitability through internal improvements with a keen ability to evaluate and improve business processes. Mr Campian has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban & Regional Planning, Ryerson University – Toronto, Ontario.
Tatiana has over 16 years of diversified healthcare planning and design experience. She has maintained major responsibilities across a broad spectrum of projects leading planning teams in the creation of innovative facilities throughout the United States. These experiences have regularly provided her direct exposure to state-of-the-art health delivery systems and hospitals from which she is able to bring fresh insights to each new project. Her approach stresses the importance of creating innovative planning that maximizes operational efficiencies and allows for future flexibility and adaptability, while designing healing environments for patients, staff and families.
In 2015, Tatiana was elected President of the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health after serving several years as a Board Member.
Ms. Guimaraes holds a Master of Architecture in Health Concentration, Clemson University.
